Located on the Gold Coast in West Seattle, between Lincoln Park and Lowman Beach and around the corner from Alki beaches, shops and restaurants. You’ll find the Villa the perfect place for an in-city vacation or a place for visitors to relax and enjoy.
You can rent the upstairs, the downstairs or the entire home. If you choose that option, you will have 2 floors of gracious elegance, surrounded w/rich organic elements of stone, steel and wood, all overlooking the magnificence that is the Salish Sea.
There are two bedrooms on separate floors: downstairs is a grand piano, gourmet kitchen, bedroom with King-size bed, full sandstone bath and 1/2 bath, gourmet kitchen. Upstairs is a second penthouse unit with Queen bed and amazing marble bathroom with spa.
