Description
Join us for a keynote from Sam Cho, Port of Seattle Commissioner (Position 2) who will provide insights into major projects, economic and environmental updates, and an overview of Port activities, many taking place right on the waters of West Seattle.
Meal selections for your lunch are below (select when you register):
Starter – pick one:
- Salty's Seafood Chowder: bay shrimp, bay scallops, clams, bacon, potato, herbs, cream
- Salad: roasted grapes, hazelnuts, lemon thyme scented goat cheese, honey dijon vinaigrette
Entrée: pick one:
- Brined & Roasted Chicken: 24 hour brine, oven roasted, chili lime honey glaze with mango salsa, garlic mashed potatoes, chef select vegetable
- Stuffed Portobella Mushroom: caramelized onions, parmesan gratin, sweet potato mash
