The Bellevue Botanical Garden is an oasis in the middle of downtown Bellevue! Join Alison Johnson as she introduces you to the garden through its history, the variety of gardens that are part of the larger garden, how it changes through the seasons and what the opportunities are for visitors and volunteers. Alison is a long-time member of the Bellevue Botanical Garden Society where she serves on the education committee, as the current copresident of the Northwest Perennial Alliance which maintains the border at the garden, and she has been a Master Gardener for 10 years. She is from Cheshire in the northwest of England and has lived in “the states” since 1994.
